Terms and Delivery

General Terms

This agreement - "Sales Terms" (the "Terms") is a legally binding document governing the electronic commerce relationship between the Client (the "Buyer") and www.atceriesmani.lv, operated in accordance with Atceriesmani (the "Seller"), covering rights, obligations, and responsibilities when purchasing goods in the online store.

Agreement Activation

The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller becomes effective when the Buyer places an order and clicks "Confirm order". After ordering, the Buyer receives confirmation that the order has been received and accepted.

Buyer's Rights and Obligations

1. 3.1. The Buyer may purchase goods in the e-store in accordance with the Terms and store procedures.
2. 3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of their data.
3. 3.3. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed in the e-store.
4. 3.4. The Buyer must promptly update any changes to their registration data.
5. 3.5. The Buyer may cancel the purchase within 14 working days by submitting a written notice.
6. 3.7. The Buyer agrees to the e-store Terms and undertakes to comply with them.

Seller's Rights and Obligations

1. 4.1. The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer under the purchase-sale agreement (ownership transfer and quality).
2. 4.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are delivered in the condition they were at the time of purchase.
3. 4.3. The Seller informs the Buyer if, due to force majeure, activities related to the e-store are suspended or terminated.
4. 4.4. The Seller may suspend access or cancel registration without prior notice if the Buyer disrupts the store operation.
5. 4.5. The Seller may unilaterally amend these Terms.
6. 4.6. The Seller delivers the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer within the set term.
7. 4.7. If the Seller cannot deliver the order, the purchase amount is refunded within 72 hours if pre-paid.
8. 4.8. The Seller provides online services consistent with the e-store concept.

Prices and Payment

5.1. Goods are ordered via the online store www.atceriesmani.lv.

Damaged Packaging on Delivery

If the product is delivered with damaged packaging, the Buyer has the right to return it. In this case, the product is returned to the online store and a new product is delivered at no additional cost.

Shipping Information

The Seller sends all order information to the Buyer's email. If you have questions, please contact the administrators of www.atceriesmani.lv.

Confidentiality

All information entered by the Buyer in the e-store is private and will not be disclosed without the Buyer's consent. Some information (address, name, surname, phone number) is provided to the courier. The Seller reserves the right to disclose information to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Final Provisions

10.1. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the law or becomes partially/fully invalid, the remaining Terms remain in force.

10.2. The Seller may assign its rights and obligations to a third party without the Buyer's consent or prior notice.

10.3. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute is finally settled under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
