2. When your order arrives, scan the QR code on the packaging.

3. Scan the QR code on the aluminum plates to start profile setup.

4. After saving the profile, scan the QR code on the plate to view and commemorate your loved one.

Yes! You can create a free trial memorial profile to see how it works before purchasing a medallion.

The trial includes 7 days of full editing - add photos, videos, biography and customize the design. After that, the profile remains viewable for 30 days via the QR link.

If you purchase a medallion with the same email, your profile becomes permanent - no time limits, and you can transfer your trial content to the new medallion.

Each medallion measures 45×45 mm and is 1.6 mm thick.

Installation is very simple: peel off the adhesive backing and press the medallion onto the headstone, urn, or memorial. Wait 15 minutes for the adhesive to set. The medallion will hold for at least 20 years, regardless of weather conditions.

No - there is no limit to how much content you can upload up to 5GB. Add as many photos, videos, and biographical details as you like to fully honor and remember your loved one.

Yes. We take data security seriously. All content is stored on encrypted Azure cloud infrastructure in Europe with regular backups. Your memorial page is publicly accessible only through the unique QR code link — it does not appear in search engines. Only you, as the profile owner, can edit the content using your email and access link.

Forever. Once a medallion is purchased, the memorial profile is active with no time limit. We do not charge annual or monthly fees. Your loved one's memorial page will remain online for as long as our service exists — and we are committed to long-term operation with regular backups and a sustainable business model.

Any modern smartphone or tablet can scan our QR codes. iPhone users simply open the camera and point it at the code — it's recognized automatically. Android devices work the same way with the camera app or built-in QR scanner. No separate app download is needed. The memorial page opens in your browser and is optimized for both mobile devices and desktops.

In most cases, no special permission is required to attach a small medallion to a headstone if you are the grave plot maintainer or family representative. However, we recommend contacting the cemetery administration to confirm local regulations. Our medallion is small (45×45 mm) and uses adhesive tape — it does not cause permanent damage to the headstone.
