We are confident that Remember Me products and services will satisfy you. BUT if for any reason we have disappointed you, we will refund your purchase. The product must be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. SIA DK Global Network reserves the right to refuse a refund if signs of use or damage are detected on the product upon return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

After receiving the product, we will transfer the purchase amount to the bank account you provided within one week. This 14-day money-back guarantee does not affect your consumer rights as provided by law.

• We guarantee that our server will remain active for 20 years, ensuring uninterrupted access to your loved one's memorial profile. The QR code will remain functional, allowing you and your family to access the profile at any time.

Replacement warranty:

• In case of damage or if server issues arise, we will provide you with a new QR code plaque free of charge, ensuring continuous access to the memorial profile without additional costs.

These warranties are valid for 20 years from the date of purchase.
